Flea Market - A example to
explain the marketing group
As business owner you want to sell your products at a
flea market but the fee at all of them is more than R5000
pm.
You find out that many other business owners also want
to do the same but that very few are prepared to pay the
high monthly fee so you contact them all and offer them
the following solution.
"We can join our forces and co-operate by
establishing a non-profit flea market group where all the
participants share in the cost as well as benefits"
"We rent a land and share the cost thereof, the
more people join the less cost for each of us. We
are all individually responsible to market our own stalls
and the whole flea market as a whole"
Obsiously, the more business owners join the more
powerful will such flea market become and with a lot of
stalls it have the ability to lure far more visitors than
any other flea market.
Why? Other flea market owners will always be
first and foremost into the business to make MONEY and
only spend a fraction of the income to promote the flea
market. With the associated costs it also LIMIT the
number of business owners that participate while they ALL
also leave the marketing in the hands of THOSE PEOPLE that
are more concerned about income than marketing.
With above suggestion of a non-profit group each and
every participant get what he/she put into it so it
encourage them even more to do their best. The more
each person do, the more visitors and the more visitors,
the more money in their individual pockets to act as even
more encouragement.
Just one thing is really important and that is that
each members must be dedicated to BOTH their business and
the group and nothing will stand in their way.
That is precise what our group are except that it
can be regarded as an online flea market and with little
cost, in most cases even no cost at all.
